Role Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and shape people function within a dynamic, innovation-driven healthcare environment. This role goes beyond traditional HR management. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner and culture architect, responsible for aligning human capital with organizational goals, driving high performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a workplace culture rooted in excellence, accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and business objectives

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Anticipate talent needs and design proactive interventions

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality clinical and administrative talent

Ensure optimal staffing across all departments

Partner with department heads to address workforce gaps

3. Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness

Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and measurable outcomes

Align individual performance with business and patient care objectives

Support leadership in performance reviews and staff development

4. Culture, Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

5. Regulatory Compliance & Policy Governance

6. Learning, Development & Capability Building

7. HR Operations and Process Optimization

Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR systems

Improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Ensure seamless onboarding, probation management, and staff integration

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a structured HR environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦800,000.00 per month
